HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE FROM THE ONLINE SHOP?
Production times and delivery estimates vary depending on a number of factors, including:
- Whether your item is in stock, made to order, created using our 3D Designer, or part of a bespoke design appointment.
- The level of personalisation or customisation required.
- Your delivery location and the shipping service you select at checkout.
To make things as clear as possible, we’ve added estimated production times to all products within the Suzi Wong ranges, so you can see an expected lead time before placing your order.
Need your order quickly?
We recommend choosing a product that’s in stock and keeping customisation to a minimum wherever possible, as this will usually result in the fastest turnaround.

CAN WE COME TO THE SUZI WONG STUDIO?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to come into the design studio for a Bespoke Appointment and Fitting. For more information on this service please visit our Bespoke page to book an appointment.
Please note we do not accept walk-ins, an appointment must be made with one of the design team prior to arriving at the studio.
Where Are Your Boxing Kits Made?
All Suzi Wong boxing shorts and ring jackets are 100% British Made. Every product is manufactured from our Lancashire-based studio by our experienced team.
Whether you choose a design from our existing collections, create your own boxing shorts using our online 3D Designer, or book a Bespoke Design Appointment, your boxing kit will be handcrafted in the United Kingdom to the highest standards.

HOW CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM PAIR OF BOXING SHORTS?
1. Order from our online store and add customisation
When you order from our online store, you can customise and choose from over 100 different styles, making each one of them your own by adding unique embroidery such as custom names, badges and logos.
2. Use the Suzi Wong Online Design System
You can design your boxing shorts online! Choose from our range of Custom Boxing Designs then pick your colours and add embroidery and embellishments. You can even upload a logo for us to create a unique badge.
3. Use our Premium Bespoke Design Service
If you would like to work with the Suzi Wong Design Team to create a totally unique Boxing Kit Design, you can book a Bespoke Appointment at the Studio, or over an Online Meeting. You will be guided through the whole process, including professional fitting, ideas development and final mockup production with our design team professionally creating your perfect kit right in front of your eyes.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO USE THE BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE?
The cost of the Bespoke Design Service depends on what you you are looking for. Please use the form on the Bespoke page, describing best what you require. If you have an idea about what you want include any details about fabrics, colours, embroideries, flags, etc and we will come back to you with a rough price.
MY DESIGN LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT TO HOW IT LOOKED ON THE ‘DESIGN ONLINE’ SYSTEM
The Design Online tool should be used as a guide. Our team will use the supplied design as a guide and produce your item using their expert knowledge to make the best judgement on placements for badges, names, embellishments, etc. We will endeavour to stick as close to your design as possible, but not all designs will be exactly as you see them online. Embroidery names on the waistbands and back jackets other than script fonts will be embroidered in capitals to give maximum exposure of the names.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship to most countries using the DHL Express Tracked service. This usually takes just a few days to arrive, but you can find out more on our Delivery & Production Information Page.
All Suzi Wong orders are currently shipped from UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We recommend using Import Tax & Duties Calculator as a guide.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards online using our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. We also accept ApplePay or Google Pay when using the appropriate device.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ONLINE SHOP ORDER?
You can return or exchange an item if it has not been customised.
Please return using the online returns form (download and print). We will refund you should you wish to be refunded minus the postage costs.
If you wish for the item to be exchanged for a different size, we will call for the cost of the return postage, so please make sure you include your telephone number on the returns form.
WILL UPLOADED LOGOS HAVE A WHITE BOX?
No. We remove the white box on any uploaded artwork and convert the supplied design into a suitable format for embroidery.
I NEED SHORTS THIS WEEK, IS IT POSSIBLE?
As a general rule, orders placed via our online shop will take at least 5 days to process. You should account for shipping time in addition to this estimate.
If you need a kit sooner than these estimates, please contact the team on 01257 229 009 prior to ordering and we will see what we can do.
I HAVE A SPELLING MISTAKE AND I KNOW I ENTERED THE TEXT CORRECTLY WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Human error sometimes does occur and we apologise for this in the first instance.
Please contact the studio with your order number and an image of the mistake we will assure this is rectified asap.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
If you manage to contact us early enough we will endeavour to make any changes prior to your order going into production. Please make sure to include your order number and requested changes.
