Delivery Timescales
The Suzi Wong studio will shut on Friday 20th December to 3rd January 2020. During this time any ordered placed will be processed on our return.
During the Christmas period we will be working flat out to get all your orders out to you in time for your loved ones.
We will be posting right up until 20th with our providers Royal Mail and DHL Express. We would suggest ordering the Special Delivery Service later in December to ensure you get your items in good time as all services will be busy.
Our Design Online service carriers a 2 week timescale usually, this may be quicker and we do endeavour to get shorts out as soon as we can to all customers, if you are thinking of ordering design online for a gift please get your order in sooner rather than later.
Our standard items, customisable boxing shorts and training kit, carry a 4 day timescale when customisable plus delivery.
